Spring Listing Special

Conditions of the Spring Listing Special: a first shoot for new clients at $295 for photos and a floor plan (standard price $395), for booking requests received by 31 October 2026.

01The offer

  1. 1.1The Spring Listing Special (“the Offer”) is a promotional first-shoot price for new clients of BFPHOTO.
  2. 1.2Offer price: $295 for interior and exterior photography plus a 2D floor plan of one standard residential property. The standard published price for the same package is $395.
  3. 1.3The Offer is promoted by BFPHOTO (Baillie Farley, ABN 80 101 986 986) and is subject to these conditions together with the general Terms & Conditions at bfphoto.com.au/terms. If they conflict, these conditions apply to Offer bookings.

02Offer period

  1. 2.1Booking requests must be received by 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 October 2026.
  2. 2.2The shoot may take place after 31 October 2026, subject to availability, but must be scheduled at the time of booking and completed by 30 November 2026 unless BFPHOTO agrees otherwise in writing. Bookings not completed by that date, other than through BFPHOTO’s rescheduling, forfeit the Offer price.
  3. 2.3BFPHOTO may extend, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time. Bookings already confirmed at the Offer price are honoured.

03Eligibility

  1. 3.1The Offer is available to new clients only. A new client is a person, household, business, agency or office that has not previously booked, been invoiced by, or received deliverables from BFPHOTO.
  2. 3.2One Offer per client, household, business, agency or office. Multiple agents from the same office count as one client.
  3. 3.3The Offer applies to one property per client. Additional properties are charged at standard or quoted rates.
  4. 3.4The Offer cannot be claimed on behalf of an existing client, transferred to another person or property, or exchanged for cash, credit or any other service.
  5. 3.5BFPHOTO may ask for reasonable verification of eligibility and may decline, withdraw or re-price a booking where it reasonably believes the eligibility conditions are not met.

04Eligible properties

  1. 4.1The Offer applies to a standard residential property of up to 4 bedrooms on a standard residential block, or accommodation of up to 4 guest rooms.
  2. 4.2Rural, acreage, lifestyle, farming, commercial, industrial, retail, multi-dwelling and development properties are excluded from the Offer and are quoted individually.
  3. 4.3Larger homes with more than 4 bedrooms, multi-dwelling sites, properties with multiple buildings, and properties requiring more than one visit are excluded from the Offer. They are quoted separately at standard or custom rates.
  4. 4.4BFPHOTO decides in good faith whether a property is a standard residential property for the purposes of the Offer. Where a property booked under the Offer turns out not to qualify, the booking is re-priced at the standard or quoted rate before or on the day, and you may cancel without charge if that price is not accepted before the shoot begins.

05Location and travel

  1. 5.1The Offer price applies to properties within 10 km of Horsham, Victoria.
  2. 5.2Properties beyond 10 km of Horsham may still be booked under the Offer, but a per-kilometre travel charge applies to the round trip from Horsham. The travel charge is confirmed with your booking and added to the invoice.
  3. 5.3Travel is charged for each visit if a return visit is needed because the property was not ready or accessible, or at your request.

06What is included

  1. 6.1Interior and exterior photography of the property, professionally edited to BFPHOTO’s house style.
  2. 6.2One 2D floor plan of the property.
  3. 6.3Delivery within 24–48 hours of the shoot through a private online gallery, available for 28 days.
  4. 6.4The number of images supplied depends on the size and layout of the property. A specific count is not guaranteed.

07What is not included

  1. 7.1Add-ons are not included in the Offer price. Drone photography may be added for $85 and a 3D floor plan for $60. Twilight photography, virtual staging, declutter, video, rush delivery, additional floor plans and other services are quoted on request.
  2. 7.2Travel beyond 10 km of Horsham (section 5).
  3. 7.3Any additional work arising from the property, access or requirements on the day differing from what was booked (section 8).

08Changes on the day

  1. 8.1The Offer price assumes the property, access and scope match what was booked. If they differ on the day — for example more rooms or buildings than stated, an additional dwelling, granny flat or studio, extra travel, or services requested on site — the price may change to reflect the work actually carried out.
  2. 8.2Where practical, any change is explained before it is undertaken. Where it is not practical, it is itemised on the invoice.
  3. 8.3If the property is not ready or accessible at the booked time, the general terms on cancellation and call-out fees apply, and the Offer may be forfeited if the shoot cannot be completed within the Offer period.

09Payment and refunds

  1. 9.1An invoice for the Offer price plus any add-ons and travel is issued on delivery and is payable within 7 days. Full-resolution files and the floor plan are released on payment.
  2. 9.2No refund is available once the shoot has taken place or files have been downloaded. Genuine faults reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected or re-shot at no charge.
  3. 9.3Nothing in these conditions excludes any right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Other conditions

  1. 10.1The Offer is not combinable with any other offer, discount, voucher, partner rate or negotiated price.
  2. 10.2Copyright in all deliverables remains with BFPHOTO. On payment you receive the standard licence to market the photographed property, as set out in the general Terms & Conditions.
  3. 10.3All other matters — access and preparation, weather and rescheduling, delivery, editing, drone conditions, floor plan disclaimers, liability and privacy — are governed by the general Terms & Conditions at bfphoto.com.au/terms.
  4. 10.4These conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
