Gallery terms

Delivery
Photos are delivered through a private online gallery. Preview images are watermarked and reduced in size. Full-resolution files and the floor plan become available to download once the invoice is paid, or, for approved account clients, immediately on delivery.
28-day availability
Each gallery is available for 28 days from delivery. On that date the files are permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered. A reminder is sent seven days before. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up the full-resolution files within that period. If files are required after deletion, a new shoot is booked at the standard rate. Expiry of a gallery does not cancel the invoice: the work has been completed and the invoice remains payable whether or not the files were downloaded.
Invoicing and payment
An invoice is issued with every delivery and is payable by card or bank transfer through our payment provider, Stripe. BFPHOTO never sees or stores card details. Invoices are due within 7 days. For account clients, downloads are open on delivery; if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, downloads are paused until payment is received and account status is withdrawn for future work. A receipt is issued automatically on payment.
Licence
On payment, the client receives a licence to use the images to market the photographed property (listing portals, social media, print and signboards) and for the agency's own portfolio. Copyright remains with BFPHOTO. Images may not be resold, supplied to third parties for unrelated use, or altered in a way that misrepresents the property.
Refunds
Because the product is digital, no refund is available once full-resolution files have been downloaded. If something is wrong with the images, contact BFPHOTO within 7 days of delivery and it will be corrected or re-shot.
Privacy
Gallery links are private and unlisted. Client names and email addresses are used only to deliver galleries, invoices and job-related messages.
